How to track skeleton data
To enable the tracking skeleton data, check the Solve Skeletons option under Processing in the Project Options under real-time and/or capture actions. The skeleton data can be displayed and plotted in real time and from a file via a Data info window, see chapter Skeleton data information for more information.
The real time skeleton data may differ from the skeleton data in a capture as the process used in real time is optimized for faster calculation. You can control the Skeleton solver parameters for real-time and post-processing separately on the Skeleton solver settings page, see chapter Skeleton solver parameters.
For animation applications it is good practice to start and end each capture with the actor(s) standing in T-pose. This allows for the possibility to recalibrate the skeleton if the quality of the fit is insufficient, for example if a marker has moved.
