Calqulus
Calqulus is using a cloud-based approach to perform analysis on motion capture data where the engine and scripts are stored in the cloud. The engine is called Calqulus engine, and the scripts are called Calqulus pipelines which consist of a succession of Calqulus steps. The engine can be considered as the glue putting together the pipelines and steps to process the data and creation of the web reports.
With this cloud-based approach, Web Reports are automatically updated upon modifications to pipelines and the Calqulus pipelines and steps are public. The pipelines and steps are hosted on the following public GitHub repositories which make them easy to share, track and modify:
Calqulus functionality is added to a QTM project via the Calqulus module, which can be downloaded via the Qualisys dashboard. For information about installing and using Analysis Modules, see chapter PAF module installation.
The Calqulus module includes predefined sessions for amongst others Baseball, Cycling, Cricket and Running. The Generic session can be used for collection of unspecified biomechanical trials.
