Using a trigger

A trigger can be used to start synchronized data capture with external devices that support trigger input. A trigger can be any device that produces an active TTL signal or generates TTL trigger pulses. The following chapters explain how to connect a trigger and set it up start and stop data capture, synchronize systems, and create events in QTM.
