Additional power kits

If your system has more than ten Miqus cameras or more than five Arqus cameras, you will need additional power kits.

When combining camera models, keep in mind that one Arqus camera uses twice the power of a Miqus camera. For example, one power supply could be used for two Arqus and six Miqus cameras. Additional cameras will require additional power kits.

When adding a second power kit, plug the new power supply into the “POWER” port on the new injector, and use the new host cable to connect the previous camera in the daisy chain to the “DATA” port of the power injector.

A camera cable will now be used to connect the “CAMERA” port of the injector to the next batch of cameras.
