Calibration kit

Qualisys offers calibration kits for different sizes of recording volumes. A typical calibration kit contains an L-frame, a carbon fiber wand with reflective markers affixed to it, and a wand handle.

The L-frame will be placed in the recording volume for calibration. It defines the X, Y, and Z axes of the volume, and its corner sets the origin point. The wand will be waved throughout the volume during calibration so that QTM can locate each camera with respect to the L-frame.

The kit should be handled with care, as the precise measurements of the L-frame and wand are necessary to calibrate the camera system.
