The Long Range Active Marker

The Long Range Active Marker is usually used for industrial applications, for example marine measurements. The marker is synchronized with the cameras via a pulsed strobe signal. The same signal is used for spherical and reference marker. Because of the synchronization the marker can be lit only during the exposure time, which means that the LEDs can be brighter.
