Required software versions

The current version of the module has been developed and tested for:

• QTM: 2025.1 (build 15267)
• Visual3D: 2024.10.4
• Theia3D: 2025.1.2
• Microsoft Office 365 MSO (Version 2506 Build 16.0.18925.20076) 64-bit
• Windows 11 (64 bit)

Using the module with other versions may result in errors.

To check that the correct software versions are installed:

• QTM: select Help > About. If you need to install a new version of QTM, log on to the Qualisys website with your user name and license key (see Help > About …) to download the correct version and install it.
• Visual3D: select Help > About Visual3D. If the computer is connected to the internet, select Help > Check for Updates. If an update is available, log on to the C-Motion website with your user name and password (supplied from C-Motion) to download the new version and install it.
• Theia3D: select View > Info. If you need to install a new version of Theia3D, go to Theia Markerless website.
