For markerless analysis it is recommended to use external light source. Select a light that don't flicker with the AC frequency, LED-lights are preferred over tungsten.
For processing
Markers are required on
10 video cameras: Majority should be placed so that the
5 marker cameras: All placed on the right side of the batter (right-handed batter). Position: High (> 2m).
Markers: We recommend 25 mm markers with a soft base on the bat. Alternative can be to use the 19 mm markers with hard base but the tracking will be more tricky. The markers on the knob and end of the bat are only use for the static so the marker size can be smaller, e.g. 8 mm. During the swing, hold the bat so that the markers are facing the cameras (markers should be between the bat and the cameras).
Video settings for video cameras: Miqus Video, 200 Hz, 720p
Video settings for marker cameras: Miqus M3, 200 Hz
It is important that capture rate for video cameras and marker cameras is the same.
